Since 2014, ROAR has hosted more than 70 workshops attended by thousands of individuals. When the Pandemic hit, we began hosting virtual workshops. Since 2024 we have returned to person workshops.

ROAR hosts a two-day Phase I workshop and a Phase 2 workshop as needed. Once an individual attends a two-day workshop, they are considered alumni for the phase of the workshop they attended, and can attend subsequent workshops for free with a contribution to cover food. Participants in Phase 2 workshops are strongly encouraged to attend Phase I at least 2-3 times before they attend Phase 2.

Before the Pandemic hit, we also hosted a two-day Youth workshop each summer. We hope to re-establish those in the summer of 2027. In addition, we host three-hour Groundwater Approach workshops. We partner with Wake County organizations, groups, employers, and faith communities to present these trainings to their employees, members, and constituents.
